Hearts



Block 55 - Hearts
I love this fabric! It looks like actual flames! Perfect for a heart. I think it's a really old Michael Miller fabric, but I'm not sure. I'm not one of those label-chasers - I look at the pattern and feel the fabric to know if I want it! I don't care who manufactured it (except to know it's a good, quality manufacturer) or who designed it.

The two fabrics - gray and red (of course)!
From the background, cut 1 - 7" square.
Prepare the 4 hearts for applique in your favorite method using the templates found here.
Experiment with placement and applique down once you've decided on where you want them. You can see I pressed registration marks in the background to help in placement. Once done, trim to 6 1/2".
